How to impress a 30 yrs women?

I'm on this age bracket.  I can't speak for all women but on my case, I can no longer be impressed with money coz I am earning my own.  Also, at this point, I have already been wined and dined so luxury is no longer a novelty.  

Men will no longer be able to impress me with their fancy job titles.  I have my own glamorous job which I don't think is a big deal.  I have dated men with more impressive profile and unless I am hiring you for a job, that wouldn't be much of a consideration.

I am impressed by good character.  I am impressed by gut.  People who make better of themselves despite the struggles.  I admire that, regardless of where you are now as long as you have covered miles and keep on doing so.  Losers are only those who quit.  As long as you keep on making yourself better, you aren't a loser even when you don't have a private jet to boot.  You are represented by the decisions you make and those will be my considerations in assessing your good character.

For a romantic prospect, I would be impressed by a guy who is also BRAVE.  Brave enough to:

• Engage in an open and honest communication.
• Trust and not assume wrong things out of fear.
• Invest on the relationship wholeheartedly.
• Take the chance on making the relationship work.
• Love.  We will get hurt either way.  At least we have experienced that wonderful feeling and makes it worth the pain.
• Accept my love.  Many people find it hard to be loved because deep inside they feel they don't deserve it.  I used to be one.  When we realized we aren't perfect and that's ok, we learn to accept our imperfect selves and makes it easier for us to understand that others will love the imperfect person that we are.
